The Mayor of Brava, Amândio Brito, paid a courtesy visit to the President of the Cape Verde Football Federation, Mr. Mário Semedo, in the city of Praia
The meeting focused on analyzing the current situation of sports on the island, with emphasis on sports infrastructures and the need for joint solutions that allow, in partnership with the Brava Regional Football Association and other partners, the holding of the Regional Championship and participation in this year's National Championship.
It should be remembered that last year Brava was unable to hold its regional championship, which prevented it from taking part in the Nationals.
On the occasion, Amândio Brito also took the opportunity to congratulate the Cape Verde Football Federation for the excellent work it has done in recent years, especially with the national team, which has taken the name of Cape Verde further and further.
